 The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Michael Huguet, DDS

Michael Huguet, DDS Dentist in Pleasant Hill, CA

Dr. Michael Huguet, a native of the Pleasant Hill area, has been practicing dentistry since 1991. He graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and went on to receive his dental training from the University of California, San Francisco. In addition, Dr. Huguet received advanced dental training at the Veteran Administration Hospitals in Martinez and Sacramento, California. He is also a local member of the Diablo Study Club, a club dedicated to advancing the knowledge of implants, and quality comprehensive patient care.

Dr. Huguet enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, and enjoys providing quality care to patients of all ages. He is also an active member of the following organizations:

Dr. Huguet resides in Lafayette with his wife Kristán and their three children, Makenzie, Matthew and Lindsey. During his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, lacrosse, and fly fishing.  

 

Cindy Tottle, DDS

Dr. Cindy Tottle is a native of Santa Barbara, California, but has called the Bay Area, and more specifically, Martinez, home since 1991. She graduated from The University of the Pacific with a degree in Biology, and graduated with honors from U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry in 1991. She furthered her dental training at the Veterans Administration Hospitals in Martinez and Sacramento, where she was a co-resident with Dr. Huguet.

Dr. Tottle enjoys all aspects of general, family, and cosmetic dentistry, and excels in treating those patients who have been less comfortable with previous dental treatment. Dr. Tottle is also passionate about nutrition, fitness, and the total health of her patients.

Dr. Tottle is an active member in the following organizations:

Dr. Tottle lives in Martinez with her husband Tim, her son Ian, and her three rescue dogs, Morris, Ben, and Ricky.  Her daughter Katherine is an emergency room nurse in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

 

When Dr. Tottle is out of the office, she enjoys the outdoors, running, hiking, fitness, cooking, and travel.

 
 
 
 

William Milcovich, DDS

Dr. William Milcovich is a Bay Area native and grew up in Walnut Creek. He attended De La Salle High School, and then received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Studio Art from University of the Pacific. At Pacific he played 4 years of Division I water polo and was the captain of the team during his senior season. Later, he completed a Post-Baccalaureate Program in Biochemistry at CSU East Bay. He received his doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and graduated in June 2015 with honors.

 

Following dental school, Dr. Milcovich spent three years in the US Navy where he was stationed at Bangor Submarine Base in Washington and Naval Air Station Lemoore. He received a lot of amazing experience in all facets of dentistry including oral surgery, implants, prosthodontics and CEREC. He is an Invisalign certified doctor and also a fellow in the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Milcovich is passionate cosmetic dentistry and delivering high quality care while keeping all of his patients comfortable and informed. With his expertise, he will be able to offer patients minimally invasive long-lasting dentistry.

 

Dr. Milcovich is an active member in the following organizations:

Dr. Milcovich enjoys being active, loves the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family. Aside from dentistry, he is passionate about creating art through photography and painting. He has spent many years participating in volunteer dental work by teaching youth the importance of dental health and healthy nutrition, and also by providing dental care to underserved populations during dental mission trips. He is very excited to give back to the community in which he grew up!

 

Philip Vassilopoulos, DDS, DMD

Specialist in Periodontics and Implants

Dr. Philip Vassilopoulos received his first dental degree from the University of Athens in Greece and completed his Certificate in Periodontology at the University of  Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Vassilopoulos is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Fellow of the American and International College of Dentists. He joined the UAB faculty and served throughout his time there as a Clinic Director, Predoctoral Director and Postgraduate Director within the ranks of clinical instructor, clinical assistant professor, and clinical associate professor. He also went back to school at UAB to receive a second degree in Dentistry. The additional knowledge and training he has acquired has enabled him to communicate better and provide closer collaboration with his restorative colleagues. 

Dr. Vassilopoulos has been invited to give several presentations on national and international meetings and he has been the author of articles in periodontics and implant dentistry. He has been well respected as a teacher and mentor and he was the recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology Educator Award in 2007. Dr. Vassilopoulos has extended experience in the full scope of periodontics and implant dentistry. His interests are concentrated in providing the best treatment options to his patients based on solid evidence and innovative concepts. He is well known to the students and colleagues as a Master Clinician.

Dr. Vassilopoulos has always wanted to live on the west coast and has recently relocated to the East Bay area of California. His hobbies include following his favorite sports teams, listening to music and traveling. Philip enjoys spending time with his family; he is married and has one daughter.

 

Mia Tittle, DDS

Mia Tittle Dentist in Pleasant Hill, CA

Dr. Mia Tittle was born and raised in Walnut Creek, California to a family of dentists. Her grandfather, David S. Tittle, founded this practice in 1956 and both of her parents are dentists as well. Her grandfather always felt incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Huguet continue his tradition of patient centered care and grow the practice into what it is today.

Dr. Mia Tittle attended the University of California Santa Barbara where she obtained a degree in Cell and Developmental Biology. She then graduated with high honors from the University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Tittle was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor societies that distinguish the top students of the class. She enjoyed volunteering for various causes including a trip to Jamaica where she was able to help the underserved. After dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Northern California VA where she gained extensive experience in restorative, surgical, and hospital dentistry. Dr. Tittle is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and Contra Costa Dental Society.

Dr. Tittle is excited to be back in the east bay community that she knows and loves. Her outside hobbies include swimming, water polo, wakeboarding, surfing, hiking, and spending time with her family and pet chihuahua. She is honored to be a part of this thriving practice and looking forward to providing comprehensive care to her patients.
